Curators: Solo exhibition, Joan Morey ‘COLLAPSE: Bachelor Machine’, Casal Solleric, Palma de Mallorca, 31 January–3 May 2020

Opening: Friday 31 January 2020, 7:30pm

Casal Solleric presents ‘COLLAPSE. Bachelor Machine’, the first retrospective of Joan Morey in his native Mallorca. The stately rooms of Casal Solleric’s 18th-century piano nobile and its columned patio host a survey of six major projects produced between 2007 and 2017, documentation of which is exhibited alongside eight sound pieces.

The Mallorca presentation is an adaptation of the multi-part project COLLAPSE presented concurrently in three venues in Barcelona between September 2018 and January 2019.

Hosts: Reduce Art Flights website refreshed

https://reduceartflights.lttds.org/

The Reduce Art Flights website has had a long-overdue refresh (first version from 2008!): it now features a new exhibition history, bibliography and a transcription of the interview with RAF's instigator, the late artist Gustav Metzger.

The site is maintained by Latitudes as a resource for the initiative and as a location for future elaborations of its aims.
